When you buy your new Television your manufacturer’s product guarantee will provide cover for mechanical and electrical breakdown. Our Whatever Happens Care Plans are designed to provide a more comprehensive after-care service, made to give you the assurance that the product you’ve just bought will be protected from now on.

There are two levels of support - Whatever Happens Care Plan and Whatever Happens Care Plan Premier. Upgrading to our Premier plan guarantees the same support but with additional benefits, such as the loan TV while yours is being repaired.

If we need to send your TV to our repair lab, you can request a loan TV to keep you going.

*7 day maximum repair time starts from the date of the engineer’s first visit.

You can purchase plans over 3 or 5 years or you can pay monthly on a direct debit basis from as little as £2 a month. There’s no fixed term and you can cancel the agreement at any time you like.
