The Drobo Array Enclosure Network Hard Drive features both USB 2.0 and FireWire 800 connectivity for versatility and performance.
Safe storage
You can mount up to four 3.5" internal drives (sold separately) in the Drobo Array Enclosure Network Hard Drive. SATA and SATAII drives are supported.
The Drobo Array Enclosure Network Hard Drive protects you from disastrous consequences in the event of a disk crash. The green and red
lights will tell you when a drive needs to be replaced. Your data will
always be safe as long as there is more than one drive in your Drobo.
You can equip yourself with as much or as little capacity as you want. If you need to expand, just insert a large-capacity drive!
