Whether you’re browsing or looking for something specific, we’ve got a range of tools to help you find what you want.
How do I search for a product?
You can search by:
* Keyword. Enter a keyword in the search box at the top of each page, for example "laptop".
* Department. Click one of the category links in the menu tabs near the top of each page to find an item by department. Continue refining your category until you find what you want. For example, to browse our range of Apple laptops, click

Click on the product image or name to go to the product details page for information on:
* product overview and specs
* availability
* delivery
* accessories
* package deals – get discounts when you bundle accessories with a product
* reviews, where available
* services available with this product
How do I refine my search?
Didn’t find what you’re looking for?
* Use the menu tabs near the top of the page to pick the exact category you’re looking for, e.g Netbooks
* If you want to narrow the product range even further on the search results page, you can using our search box. Refine by brand, type, features, or any combination of these, e.g Samsung N150 Netbook
How do I know if a product is in stock?
* We display stock availability on both the search results page and the product details page.
* We use ticks or crosses to show whether a product is available for Collect at Store and/or home delivery. A product may be available to Collect at Store or for home delivery, or both
* While an item may show as available for Collect at Store, it may not necessarily be in stock in a store near you
* If you’re shopping for a large screen TV, you may need to add the item to your basket to check whether we have delivery availability in your area – you can remove the item from your shopping basket at any time
* Very occasionally, we may run out of stock of a popular product and there is a short time lapse before we can update the site. In the unlikely event that you are able to place an order for an out-of-stock item, we will contact you via email or phone.
Delayed Delivery
* You can order selected large products when they are out of stock if we know more stock is expected at our distribution centres soon. These products will show a "delivery available from" date
