Following on from the prequel Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City sees Quincy Sharp become mayor after he claims to have removed the Joker.

Sharp buys a section of Gotham's slums to detain inmates and gives them free reign around Arkham, as long as they do not escape, causing concern for Batman and you cast a vigil eye over the city.

It is up to you to stop Two-Face from executing Catwoman publicly after he befriends prisoners and villains in Arkham City causing chaos and forcing Batman to enter Arkham City to save Catwoman.
