Delivery

The beauty of ordering online, especially at Sale time, is so that you can leave the crowds behind, avoid traffic jams, queuing at the till or waiting to be served. Best of all, your purchases are delivered right to your door. From ordering online, your goods will usually be in your hands within 3 to 4 working days.
If you would like your goods delivered to an alternative address, you have the option of delivery to any address in
the UK.

Collect@Store

If you would prefer not to wait for your goods to be delivered, you can order them online and then collect them from your nearest store an hour after placing your order. Not only will the goods be waiting for you, you get to buy them at online prices and with no delivery charge.

Refunds / Cancellation

We know sometimes that Christmas gifts need to be exchanged or a refund obtained so we will give you the chance to return or exchange unwanted goods until 17th January 2008.
During the PC World Sale normally results in a huge increase in the amount of customers coming through our doors. Whilst we significantly increase the number of staff within our stores throughout these busy trading periods, queues are often inevitable.
The 26th and 27th December are traditionally exceptionally busy days, with many customers wishing to take the opportunity to return / exchange unwanted Christmas gifts. Even with our Advice & Services counters at full staffing levels, queues are likely to occur.

Replacing an Electrical or Electronic Item

If you are replacing an electrical or electronic item, we offer a recycling service for your old product free of charge. Simply take the item into your nearest PC World within 28 days of delivery. If you are using Collect@Store you can bring it in with you when you purchase your replacement. If you are having a large screen TV delivered, we can collect your old TV when we deliver your new one.

Payment

For delivery items we accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Solo and American Express. Payment is deducted when we process your order. For Collect@Store orders you can pay by cash or credit/debit card, but not by business account or by cheque. Payment is taken when you collect the goods.
To spread the cost of your purchases, you can apply for finance. It only takes a few minutes to complete the online finance application and you’ll get a decision within 60 seconds.
