Delivering your way

To match your budget and busy schedule, choose from a great range of delivery prices and times. Subject to your location and what you’re ordering, we can deliver same day, next day, on a date you choose, in your preferred timeslot, or for free

Plus if you want to avoid any charges that would apply if we did deliver, or can’t be in for us to do so, you can order online to collect in store instead.

Please note: we deliver large-screen TVs and small items separately. If your order contains both, you’ll need to choose a delivery option for each.

Delivery options for small items

We class small items as everything apart from major kitchen and laundry appliances, and TVs over 40”.

We offer free standard delivery on all orders. We can also deliver on any day of your choice (including Saturday or Sunday). Your exact delivery options depend on which items you’re ordering and your location. You can check these options on the product page, or we’ll show you them in checkout.

*Please note: We do not deliver on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday. Selected delivery options are not available on bank holidays.

Picking the ideal delivery option for you

You have two ways to select how you get an order delivered:

  1. Directly off the product page for the item you’re buying.
    Simply enter the postcode or town you want delivery to, and we’ll serve you delivery prices and dates for that location. To add an option to your basket, click on it.
  2. In checkout, once you’ve added an item to your basket.
    When prompted, simply select a day and time slot for delivery, or choose free 5-day delivery.
Where we deliver

Large-screen TVs (excluding models delivered direct from the manufacturer)

We deliver to all mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses, and to these islands*: Anglesey, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Sheppey, Isle of Skye, and the Isle of Man. We don’t deliver to BFPO addresses or the Channel Islands.

*Delivery fees may be higher.

Small items

We deliver to addresses right across mainland UK and Northern Ireland, and to all UK islands apart from the Channel Islands, but not to BFPO addresses. The post code details below do not apply to deliveries coming directly from an approved supplier.

Same-day delivery is only available for mainland UK. Next-day, named-day and time-slot delivery aren’t available for these postcodes:

Track your order

Check the progress of your delivery at any time. We’ll also send you a text reminder on delivery day.

Large-screen TVs (excluding models delivered direct from the manufacturer)

Track your order online using our free Team Knowhow Track it service. All you need is your reference number (from your order confirmation email), postcode and telephone number.

You can find out the expected time of a free standard delivery from 9pm on the night before delivery is due. Simply go to Team Knowhow Track it and enter your details to view the delivery schedule. Please note: in some instances, information for your delivery may not become available until after 10pm.

Small items

A courier will deliver your order for small items on our behalf. To track your delivery, simply click on the link in your order-confirmation email to go to the courier’s website.

Email and text reminders

To keep you updated on your order, we’ll email you when it’s being dispatched. When ordering, please provide your mobile number as your main number so we can also update you by text on the evening before, or morning of, delivery.

If you’re ordering a large-screen TV, we’ll text you to let you know the approximate delivery time. You can also find this out online using our Team Knowhow Track It service.

If you're ordering a small item, on delivery day you’ll receive a text detailing your delivery time slot (unless you’re ordering for free delivery).

Delivery FAQs

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes. All deliveries require a signature to confirm you’ve received your order correctly.

When do you deliver?

For large-screen TVs, we deliver to most areas 7 days a week (except Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day)

For small items, a courier delivers on our behalf to most areas 7 days a week (except Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and other bank holidays).

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses (including Northern Ireland), and we also deliver to some UK islands. Please check the Where We Deliver section on this page to find out more details.

My order hasn’t arrived yet; where is it?

You can track the delivery of a large-screen TV you’ve ordered via Team Knowhow Track It , and of a small item by the courier's online tracking system. Please check the Track Your Order section on this page to find out more details.

We do everything we can to ensure our delivery times are met, but sometimes delays do occur due to traffic, accidents or unforeseen situations. We’ll let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delivery delay, or you can contact our UK Contact Centre on 0344 561 1234.

What if I miss the delivery?

For large-screen TVs
We’ll attempt to contact you at the time of delivery and will wait a few minutes for you if you’re nearby. If the delivery is missed, we’ll leave a delivery card to let you know we came. At no extra charge, you can re-book a delivery date that suits you by contacting our UK Contact Centre on 0344 561 1234.

For small items
Unless you’ve ordered for same-day delivery, the courier will:

  • Leave a delivery card and send you a text to let you know the delivery was missed
  • Usually try to deliver again the following day, or you can follow the instructions on the delivery card to re-arrange another delivery date at no extra charge
  • Possibly deliver to your neighbours; please see the delivery card left to you

For small items ordered for same-day delivery, your order will be cancelled and you’ll need to re-order.

Can you deliver a large-screen TV on the same day I order?

If you’re in a hurry, why not choose our 'Reserve & Collect' service? Simply reserve the model you like online and collect it from your local PC World or Currys PC World store. Your item will be available for collection 1 hour after your reserve it.

Can I change my delivery date or address after I placed an order?

For large-screen TVs, you can change the delivery date by calling our UK Contact Centre on 0344 561 1234.

For small items, if you choose a future delivery date and time to suit you, you'll receive a text from the courier the night before delivery is due. To switch delivery date, simply reply with a new one.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to change your delivery address to a different one after an order is placed.

Delivery terms & VAT

Item availability

With selected items, if we’re out of stock but know more is on the way, you may be able to order in advance.

Please note: if your order contains more than one item, availability and delivery of each may vary. In this case, you may receive your purchases separately, and at different times.

Items delivered direct from the manufacturer or an approved supplier

As we say on the product page and confirmation page, deliveries direct from the manufacturer or an approved supplier have their own terms and conditions, and delivery times/options may vary. When you order, you get to choose a preferred delivery method. Or, for some large-screen TVs, the manufacturer will get in touch to arrange delivery after you’ve ordered.

VAT

Please be aware that we cannot offer a VAT refund if you’re an overseas customer ordering delivery to a UK address.

PLEASE NOTE:

Very occasionally, certain circumstances may dictate that we will be unable to deliver or install a product, as it will be unsafe for our trained engineers to do so.

In this extremely unlikely event:

  • We will make clear the reason
  • We will advise of any remedial work required
  • We will reschedule the visit if appropriate
