We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. It doesn't matter if your item has developed a fault, is damaged or is no longer required, we can help you out.

Changed your mind?

That’s not a problem. You can return your product in its original unopened and sealed packaging within 21 days of purchase and we'll give you an exchange or full refund, provided you have proof of purchase - no questions asked.

At Christmas time for added peace of mind, you can return your product until 14th January 2019 if purchased between 31st October and 24th December 2018.

Returning your product to store

Whether you bought it in store, online or over the phone, most products can be returned to a Currys or PC World store.

Returning over the phone

If you cannot make it to a store or get online, web and phone purchases can be returned over the phone. Please call 0344 561 1234 to speak to our customer services team to discuss a refund or exchange. Please have your order number to hand to speed up the process.
