Track your order

How do I know you received my order?

We email you as soon as you place your order to acknowledge we have received your order. You can also check that your order has been placed by logging in to ’My Account’. We will email you with further details as your order progresses.

Small appliances

You can track your parcel online, if we send your item by courier. We’ll let you know the courier, their web address and your parcel number in our order confirmation email to you. We sometimes send smaller products by Royal Mail, if we are sending your product by Royal Mail we will tell you in the order confirmation email.

Large screen TVs

If you have chosen our free all day delivery option, you can track your delivery on the Order Tracking page by entering your 10 digit order reference (starting with '74') together with your postcode. is available 24 hours a day.

You can find your order reference number on your email confirmation or your till receipt if you bought in store.

What if my items are missing, damaged or incorrect?

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, follow the instructions in the delivery documents to return the goods to us. Read, Returns cancellations and faulty goods for further information.

Delayed delivery items may arrive separately from any other items you ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible about any missing, damaged or incorrect items.
