  • Add items worth £99 or more to your basket
  • In checkout, choose to pay on credit
  • Complete a simple online application
  • Once approved, e-sign your credit agreement to complete your purchase

Please note: certain items can’t be paid for on credit; items marked ‘ONLINE ONLY’, software downloads, and pay-monthly Care Plans.

  • Be aged between 18 and 80
  • Be in full-time work (16 hours or more a week), retired, or in receipt of disability allowance
  • Be a UK resident for 3 years or more
  • Provide either a landline or mobile phone number
  • Have a bank account from which direct debits can be taken
  • Have a gross annual household income of £10,000 or more
  • Have a credit or debit card registered to your name and home address
  • Have valid proof of address – Full UK Driving licence, Valid UK or international Passport or Electricity bill (dated within the last 3 months)

How does 'Nothing to pay for 6 months' work?

Or you can spread the cost over the number of monthly repayments you chose when you applied. Four months after purchase you will receive a statement, reminding you of these options. If you decide not to pay the outstanding balance at the end of the 6 month period, interest will be charged from the date of purchase

How will my complaint be handled?

We will do our best to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. If we cannot do this immediately, we will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days of receiving it and also keep you updated on progress during the investigation of your complaint. We will aim to resolve your complaint within two weeks. If this is not possible then we will write to you to keep you up to date with the progress of our investigation. Once we have resolved your complaint, we will confirm our response in writing.

In the unlikely event that your complaint has not been resolved within 8 weeks of us receiving it, we will write to you and let you know the reasons why. At this point you can also refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
